What Would My Life Look Like If I Never Surrendered?

Have you ever stopped and really asked yourself…

What would my life look like if I never surrendered what I couldn’t control?

I used to carry everything—the pressure, the outcomes, the expectations… even things that were never mine to hold.

And it looked like strength on the outside, but on the inside, it was exhausting.

Because control will have you believing that everything depends on you.

But peace came when I finally let go.

When I stopped trying to force outcomes and started trusting the process—and trusting God.

Surrender didn’t mean I gave up.

It meant I finally aligned.

And that’s where everything began to shift.

I began to understand that I didn’t have to have all the answers. I didn’t have to know exactly how everything was going to work out. I could do my part and trust God with what was beyond me.

There was freedom in that.

So I’ll leave you with the same question I’ve had to ask myself:

What are you still holding on to that you were never meant to carry?
